The system
configuration shown below illustrates the testing of two resources in
a remote device named DEV1. The test panel shown at left is
located in a local device (an instance of FRAME_DEVICE)
named DEV_TESTER, while the functionality under test is
located in an instance of RMT_DEV named DEV1.
